So Michael and I had the baby in the middle of May. I am taking the summer to focus on the new little critter and work in small spurts. Look for me showing at DNA galleries in OKC in January. I will be bringing in the new year with a new body of work, most likely abstract organic wood burnings. Life is beautiful. Stay tuned.

I WILL BE GEARING UP FOR AN OPEN STUDIO AUGUST 14TH.
I will have new ceramics, as well as the usual suspects. So come hang out and look at all of my new stuff. 122 E. Main in Norman. 6-10 PM.

(Norman has this new thing going. "It is called the Second Friday Circuit of Art". You can ride the trolley around town to all of the art venues around town each second Friday of the month. So in addition to my studio being open there are other events around town.

I had a show at the Highwater Gallery on April 28th, And am planning on going back for more!

I will be sharing an artist booth with my friend Forrest at Voodoo Fest over Halloween weekend. My work will also be at the Highwater Gallery again, during this time. Details are still working themselves out but October should be fun down south. Anyone in New Orleans at this time? Shoot me an e-mail and I can update you with specifics.

Look for me at the newly running LOOSE LEAF COLLECTIVE located at 328 1st Street in Tulsa. The show will open with a reception on March 27th. There will be a limited edition print available (of yet unknown subject). Should be fun! I'll be getting busy until then...

I will be participating in an installation show at the IAO in Oklahoma CIty.
The show opens Saturday January 17th and runs until? not sure.

I will be showing selections from various collections including but not limited to:
My eyelash collection, mysterious particle collection, documentation of instances of bleeding, bones, and tiny shells.

This is a special engagement. a rare showing.

Kicking off 2009 with opening at 6-11 Creative located at 611 North Broadway in Oklahoma City. This show will feature my own work, along with David Bruhel and Fernando Casilias. January 22 7-11 pm

My fellow painter, former classmate, and tattoo artist Cassie Stover just opened her very own tattoo shop in Oklahoma City. The Shop has a beautiful gallery space up front. that will be hosting a show of my work, Thursday, NOVEMBER 13th.
